• You'll need to confirm all bookings in advance via call, WhatsApp, or email.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a token advance.

• Dates are reserved strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Final pricing depends on the type of design, coverage area, and event requirements.

• The remaining payment must be cleared on the day of the event after service completion.

• Any additional design requests beyond the agreed package may incur extra charges.

• In case of cancellation, the advance amount is non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours of the event) may incur charges.

• Clients are requested to be available at the agreed time and location.

• Delays caused by the client may affect design completion time.

• For large bookings or guest mehndi services, timing will depend on the number of artists arranged.

• We use 100% natural and skin-friendly henna.

• However, clients with sensitive skin or allergies should inform us in advance.

• Amit Mehndi Arts will not be responsible for any allergic reactions if prior medical conditions are not disclosed.

• Design selection should be finalized before the application begins.

• Minor changes during application may not be possible once the design process starts.

• Final results may vary slightly due to skin type and aftercare practices.

• We may take photographs or videos of mehndi designs for portfolio and promotional purposes.

• If a client does not wish their photos to be used, they must inform us in advance.

• Amit Mehndi Arts is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

• We are not liable for color results affected by improper aftercare.
